Industrial tent "Norvegija"
Industrial tents
Main frame type
Manufactured from cedar-type aluminum profiles with hot-dip galvanized steel joints. These are widely tested hangars, designed for use in winter and in windy regions (e.g., seaports). The structure can be assembled without complex machinery and can easily be relocated to another site. This type of hangar can be installed on any relatively flat surface—such as asphalt, compacted ground, or, in some cases, even on simple grass. Foundations are not required. In these cases, the base plates of the hangar are secured by driving steel stakes approximately 1 meter deep. When there is a concrete base or curbs, the base plates of the hangar are fastened with anchor bolts.
Roof covering
The roof of the 'Norway' hangar is always covered with PVC fabric. The base package includes a 650 g/sq.m light-transmitting PVC fabric. The roof is covered with PVC fabric segments, which are inserted along the entire length into cedar-type aluminum profiles, ensuring complete airtightness and resistance to wind and other weather conditions. As an additional option, an internal anti-condensation liner can be installed.
Profiled sheet metal
A hangar with such a covering is approximately 10-15% more expensive than a hangar with fabric walls.
Wall covering
PVC fabric
In this case, just like the roof segments, they are inserted along the entire length into cedar-type aluminum profiles.
Multi-layer panels with polyurethane filling
The recommended thickness of the filling is 40 mm. In this case, it would be advisable to install a multi-layer insulated fabric.
Gable-roof structures

Multi-gable structures

Standard shapes and dimensions
Width – from 5 to 30 m without internal supports.
When a wider single space is required, the hangars are joined with side walls without partitions between them.
Standard widths
- For gable-roof hangars – 10; 12; 15; 20; 25; 30 m
- Standard wall heights – 4 and 5 m
- The height of the side walls of the hangar – up to 15 m
Snow loads
Snow loads
- The minimum standard snow load for fabric-covered hangars is 0.2 kN/sq.m.
Snow loads for the Norway hangar
- 0.25 kN/sq.m (base model)
- 0.75 kN/sq.m
- 0.90 kN/sq.m
